There has been a rise in mental health challenges among children and teens. But instead of seeking help, they try to hide their problems from the world and use substances to cope. The focus of this campaign is to encourage young people to confidently seek support and utilize mental health resources to cope with life’s challenges (instead of turning to substances to cope). The target audience ranged from 13 - 21 year olds.
This project was a group collaboration with other art directors and copywriters. It was a great team effort.
